UBQ Evolved Materials™ is the world’s first alternative to oil-based plastics made entirely from household waste, including organics. Cost-competitive, drop-in ready, and compatible with your existing suppliers across the entire retail ecosystem.
Materials sit at the foundation of every retail product. When the material works, everything else gets easier: cost management, scalability, compliance, and consumer credibility. UBQ™ makes that foundation climate-positive.
Replace volatile, oil-derived raw materials with predictable, scalable pricing that supports long-term planning and margin protection.
Landfill-bound household waste becomes a climate-positive material. Every kilogram of UBQ™ removes more CO₂ than it creates.
Offer products and infrastructure that resonate with environmentally conscious shoppers backed by verified LCA data, not marketing claims.
Reduce the carbon impact of products and fixtures at the material level. No redesign, no disruption to existing production.
Maintain durability, functionality, and compliance across real retail applications, from fixtures under daily load to products built to last.
Deploy a consistent, low-carbon material solution across regions, suppliers, and store formats without operational complexity.
The UBQ Materials technical team acts as more than a supplier, we are a dedicated integration partner.

Each company is paired with a dedicated specialist who collaborates closely with your team to understand:

Specialists will then collaborate closely with your team to develop the optimal formulation and ensure successful commercialization.

BOOK A MEETINGHow a bio-based thermoplastic composite made from waste compares to conventional plastics across the metrics that matter most.
Bio-based thermoplastic composite
Oil-based thermoplastic polymer
Made from mixed household waste
Made from petroleum and natural gas
Climate-positive material that removes carbon emissions and keeps greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere
Climate harmful due to emissions from extraction and production
Stable, cost-competitive pricing
Price volatility linked to oil markets
Protects natural resources by using waste otherwise destined for landfill or incineration
Relies on continuous extraction of finite resources
Reduces pollution by diverting waste from landfills and incineration
Contributes to plastic and water pollution
Production requires no added water and generates no emissions or combustion
Production requires significant water use and generates emissions and effluents
UBQ Evolved Materials™ patented process converts mixed household waste (including organics and hard-to-recycle materials) into a high quality thermoplastic composite. The result is a single, fully replicable material that performs consistently at commercial scale.

Mixed household waste comes in and is dried and screened to maximize sorting efficiencies.

Waste is then sorted to remove metals and minerals which are then properly recycled.

Our patented process breaks down the organics into their basic building blocks. This creates the natural stickiness, which is the matrix that binds all of the components together, even those that aren't chemically compatible.

Which results in the creation of UBQ Evolved Materials™, the homogeneous, fully replicable composite material.
The world creates 2 billion tons of waste every year. We start there.
We work closely with local municipalities and waste companies to source landfill and incineration bound waste.

Mixed household waste, including chicken bones, greasy pizza boxes, food scraps, garden trimmings, diapers, and even multilayered packaging like potato chip bags with aluminum lining.
In other words, every single item that will be sent to landfills or incinerators.

The remaining metals and minerals are sent to be properly recycled.
